I am really excited to share with all of you some updates I have for the Fall/Winter 2010 sale. We are very excited we are in the same location and to be able to once again accept spring/summer clothing during restock. We will also be pickier than ever at drop-off simply because we continue to grow so quickly that we have already filled up our space so we want to make sure you are only shopping through the very best inventory.

NEW FOR THIS SALE: We are making BIG changes to the worker incentives. Check out the worker page for all the info and be sure to check our bartering section to see if you have something we could use! We want you to clean out and bring your very best to Encores North so we are offering to waive the fee for you if you sell $500! We will continue to offer the new mom's sale, but no children will be allowed on pre-sale (NO EXCEPTIONS). VIP tagging has become a huge benefit to many consignors, but please note we will no longer be accepting ANY items during the sale. All items that you wish to be tagged must be picked up by our VIP coordinator no later than July 21.

Our new tagging program available online at www.encoresandmorenorth.com is awesome! You must use cardstock with your printer to make sure your tags are thick enough. This new program allows you to print 6 tags per page and the barcode is printed on your tag at home, making drop off a breeze for you! The program will allow you to print 60 tags at a time. PLEASE NOTE: We are asking if you have more than 100 items that you please use the tagging system to help speed up drop-off.

For those of you that have shopped at Encores North before, you already know that we have one of the best selections of children's items in Nashville!  This is sure to be our best sale yet!  In addition to the thousands of items from our wonderful consignors, we will have over $900,000 of new with tag children's boutique clothing that is sold at 50-80% off retail.  If you love boutique clothing, you will LOVE this sale!    Last but not least, we are VERY excited to have an amazing selection of NEW Gymboree clothing at 50-60% off retail.

PLEASE NOTE that you can have your $10 consignor fee waived if you choose to donate any unsold items.  You will need to circle donate at drop-off in order to receive this credit.  We also ask that you mark your items with a capital D underneath your consignor number so that it makes sort a bit easier for our workers.

Want to know one of the best selling items?  TOYS!  If your house is like mine, it is full of toys that your kids don't play with and yet, when you go to sell them, they're magically their favorite toys all over again.  I encourage you to let your children get their own consignor number (just let us know, we won't charge you two fees) and tell them to clean out their toys and they can keep the money.  This works fantastic with my children and I love having a clean toy room!
